Make sure the physical device audio switch is turned ON and the volume is UP
Please Note: Touching the screen (bell) will MUTE the sound
Exit App From running in Background; For iOS: Double click the home button- Slide Up on Dinner Bell app. Then Restart For Android: Click the Square and slide right on Dinner Bell app, then Restart
Delete App and download again; (This will clear saved config data and start the app fresh)
If all else fails, Completely turn off your device and restart it.
Bell Clanger Stuck, Not moving
Please Note: Touching the screen will stop the clanger from moving and MUTE the sound. Try touching the bell and releasing
